BACKSTORY

Villeside Customs, formerly Nanffi Clothing & Accessories, is a print house located in Somerville, Mass. where they specialize in vinyl transfer and screen printing on clothing and apparel, car wraps and decals, embroidery, design services, and the wholesale resale of blank tops. The founder of Nannfi rebranded and repositioned to bring us Villeside, though the Villeside we now know has been made possible after the original founder (Jabir) partnered with the later co-founder (Mark).

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Lack of website Interactivity, content readability, usability, and content execution.

PROCESS

My research taught me how well we were positioned against our competition, why we were not converting supporters into patrons, and why we were not seeing a return on dollars invested in social media. I decided to remove content that was not conducive to our message and growth to improve interaction and decrease noise. I improved the tone and its consistency, copywriting, and calls-to-action to more accurately represent Villeside while directing flow and thought.

RESULTS

Clearly defined problems, analyzed our competition, created solutions through strategy, and used our findings to pitch our proposed next steps.
